Good service. They transfered a phone I wanted & it was waiting there the next day. This location closes one hr later than all their other locations.

Lexie was so awesome! She stayed late on New Year's Eve helping us get our phones right. Being Uber drivers our phone is very important tous.

Customer service is horrible. Only one person in store full of people, been here for a hour and haven’t been helped. Employee makes smart remarks about if we have a problem we can leave and said “We aren’t the only cricket in Lubbock, you can leave”
