Based on the reviews, Dakota’s Automotive is a wonderful place with super wonderful people. The customer service is great, with a sweet receptionist and a gentleman who explains what is wrong. They provide fast response and great communication. They came right away to do the job and got it done. They did not overprice. The shop is family owned. The mechanic is a mobile mechanic who will travel up to 2.5 hours from Lubbock. The whole experience was a lot less overwhelming than expected. It is a great place to get a car fixed 100%.

Super wonderful people who made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming than what I expected it to be! From the sweet receptionist doing what she can to help make things easier to the gentleman who explained what was wrong and how he planned on fixing it I can't thank them enough!
