“Justin was incredibly helpful! We did one hour session to deal with resource guarding issue that had been trying to address for multiple years unsuccessfully. Truly love that you can see how much Justin cares not just about your dogs being obedient, but that they get what they need to be happy. He gave us ideas of how to correct unwanted behavior (all cruelty free) and explained what drives the behavior. We tried it and noticed MAJOR changes within days!
Seriously cannot recommend more!
Additionally, he offers longer slip leads in his Etsy store, that are not as short as the famous Cesar Millan’s ones. We love those as well!”

“I called Mavis due to needing new brakes. Mitchell answered the phone and that they did have an opening, so I went right over. My wait was on about 5 minutes before the took my car in and started tight to work assessing what needed to be done. After the assessment, Mitchell took me to my car and explained the condition of the brakes. He then took me back inside and explained the options for me. Once the option was decided the crew went right to work replacing the brakes. I waited in the waiting area and was very comfortable. Mitchell is a very good ambassador for Mavis Tire and Brakes, he provided excellent customer service.”

“I had a great experience with this shop! I originally brought my car in because I thought I had a coolant hose leak, but it ended up being an issue with the thermostat housing that they weren’t able to repair.
Even though they couldn’t do the repair themselves, they were incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to look at my car, didn’t charge me anything for taking a look at it, and even recommended another local shop that was able to take care of the repair for me.
I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help, even when there wasn’t anything in it for them. It’s refreshing to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest and friendly mechanic!”
