“I called Mavis due to needing new brakes. Mitchell answered the phone and that they did have an opening, so I went right over. My wait was on about 5 minutes before the took my car in and started tight to work assessing what needed to be done. After the assessment, Mitchell took me to my car and explained the condition of the brakes. He then took me back inside and explained the options for me. Once the option was decided the crew went right to work replacing the brakes. I waited in the waiting area and was very comfortable. Mitchell is a very good ambassador for Mavis Tire and Brakes, he provided excellent customer service.”

I scheduled an oil change for mine and my son's vehicles, as well as an AC diagnostic for my son. he forgot to mention to me that he needed a coolant flush but when we arrived for our appointments they were able to add that service on. turned out he needed a new water pump and while they weren't able to get to it that day, they were able to schedule it for their next business day. I highly recommend Midas for your vehicle service and repair needs.”

“I had a great experience with this shop! I originally brought my car in because I thought I had a coolant hose leak, but it ended up being an issue with the thermostat housing that they weren’t able to repair.
Even though they couldn’t do the repair themselves, they were incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to look at my car, didn’t charge me anything for taking a look at it, and even recommended another local shop that was able to take care of the repair for me.
I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help, even when there wasn’t anything in it for them. It’s refreshing to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest and friendly mechanic!”
