Came here hoping for a great experience as it being my first time in the new one and was rudely approached by an employee by the name of Cristal. Was told they were closing and we needed to leave now. It was still 20-15 minutes before closing.

I was there Sunday with my two Sons and John helped us select a fragrance they each took home. While sampling many colognes he was patient and knowledgeable, even recommended his favorite for women. Thank you John there are not many salespeople like you around anymore.

As a "man of a certain age" shopping for brown dress loafers, I was delighted with the selection at Dillard's, and especially fortunate to be served by JACKSON who with kindness, knowledge, and efficiency, got me into the right size of the right shoes. Don't waste time elsewhere if you need fine shoes and outstanding service!

Went to dillards today and had a terrible experience with a woman, her name was Clara. She made me feel very stupid for asking what I thought were very reasonable question. Genuinely terrible customer service. Not a great time at all. Do better dillards.

I went in earlier today and this manager named Clara Ellison made me feel so dumb and small. No matter the question I asked she responded rudely or passive aggressively. I don’t appreciate the attitude and would like her to at least be held accountable for her actions the same way any other person would be.

Just need to take a sec to let management and any current or future customers know about Sandra that works in perfume/cologne section... I don't usually leave reviews, but Sandra was beyond amazing!! The absolute most helpful and attentive person working in retail ive EVER dealt with.. I could go on and on about her, but I advise you to go check her out for yourselves.. management team, yall have a jewel as an employee..
