Econo Lodge Lubbock I-27 is an older budget hotel that has been renovated. It is generally described as a clean place to stay, with many guests noting the rooms were very clean and tidy. The front desk staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, kind, and offering good customer service, with examples of accommodating special requests. The included breakfast is typical, with items like eggs, gravy, and waffles, but some guests note a cramped breakfast area and the absence of sausage or bacon. Opinions on the beds vary, with some finding them surprisingly comfortable or fairly firm, while others describe them as super hard, uncomfortable, and potentially outdated. The location is convenient off I-27, though some note there are not many amenities immediately within walking distance. The hotel is pet-friendly. Common criticisms include difficulty regulating room temperature and the quality of the beds. Overall, it is seen as a acceptable, clean, and budget-friendly option for a short stay, especially for those with modest expectations.
I stayed on 4/25-4/28. Rooms were very clean, great breakfast every morning, beds were comfortable, good customer service. I would definitely stay again.

Came to town for graduation. Every place was packed, so we had to get a little further out. The price was acceptable and the place was clean. I would stay again.
