Breakfast is great. Might be the only place in the entire US that still serves bacon for breakfast. Rooms are little outdated. AC made a little noise, but I'm a sound sleeper so it did not bother me. Digital key doesn't work so to save yourself a hassle, just go to the front desk and get a key card, and if you are lucky, you might get a drink card for couple free drinks for managers special.

I have stayed here multiple times now during work trips. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is always warm and attentive.The morning breakfast is pretty good for hotel breakfast too.Rooms: The king suite is affordable and comfortable. For business, it’s the perfect setup. You have WiFi and LAN options available in the room.

Ditto what so many others have said: AC didn’t work, low water pressure, furniture is old and dilapidated, sofa bed was so old and unsupportive it was literally unusable, doors/keys/locks constantly malfunction, literally everything is old and damaged. The ice machines on our floor were broken. My vegetarian daughter’s omelet had meat in it. Someone from management comments on select reviews that they are working to correct the problems. But don’t believe it. They are not doing anything. I strongly suspect they are posting bogus good reviews to improve their ratings. The problems are only getting worse. Seriously, stay away and book somewhere else.

If you like the dog smell ? your first floor suites you!!! But them rooms need a deep cleaning & to get rid of the dog smell, everything including sheets towels sofa are penetrated!!’ We changed rooms & when we went up the Gentlemen said their first floor is typically there people w dog rooms stay! ??♀️Workers & breakfast area are somewhat strange!! I called for a quick vacuum in our room & lady “why is your dirty” no really duhhh!! Why even ask just say yes ma’am, she said they’d send somebody but nope got nothing!!!!

We stayed here while we attended the Willie Nelson concert. Upon arrival it took about 5 minutes for the person at the front desk to acknowledge that we existed while assisting someone else on the phone (even a nod or eye contact would have been great).Once we got our room key we rode the elevator and had the nice welcome shown in the picture.While trying to sleep there were several obnoxious people being very loud past midnight in the courtyard area, only to wake up about 10 times with other guests slamming their doors early in the morning.

This place has gone down hill so bad . We have stayed here a lot and always had a good time but things really changed . I have never stayed at a hotel with such terrible service ,it’s like a jail .we will not be back .sad because this use to be are favorite place .Food & drinks: You only get 2 drinks for happy hour now so it’s really not worth staying anymore .

Interesting hotel in an interesting location. Easy to get to. Room was clean but there was a constant dripping noise due to the hvac unit creating condensation that ran through the nearby recessed light and dripped into the sink. Electrical hazard as well as annoying.

If you like staying in a dusty, dark, dirty, outdated, dungeon type of room then this is the place for you. The rooms need a serious cleaning and update! The atrium of the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is nice, although the coffee was terrible. The hotel must not be properly maintaining the pool chemicals because both of my kids got chemical burns from swimming on their skin and one of my kids coughed non stop after swimming. I'm disappointed that Hilton would have such a run down hotel.

This place is unsanitary - hair in sink, shower, floors...Carpet was filthy, crumbs and debris all over it - had not been vacuumed in a long timeFurniture wasn't fit for a yard sale, fabric worn OFF, showing piping, chair stained like someone had vomited on it.Shower head holder broken off - hand held shower holder just hung on handicap rail.Door handle/lock about to fall outI walked in, walked right back out - wanted another room, they said they were full, refused to refund because I didn't cancel 24 hrs in advanceDO NOT THINK ABOUT STAYING HERERooms: Disgusting, filthy

Room was nice , not like Austin !We were there for a funeral . 9 hour drive .Didn’t get to enjoy amenities because with family, so missed out on that …One thing I don’t like is to be told a price then when you get there it changed .Really , nothing going on in Lubbock .We’re from Corpus . I asked so if we stay an extra nite isn’t it cheaper ? They said absolutely… well when we got there the price was higher for third nite . I don’t like being told one thing an then another. Not good business as far as I’m concerned…we were trying stay closer to family, but will definitely research if we hafta go again in future…btw think he was the mgr that changed price . For a funeral ?

Very cool layout love the indoor vibe, hotel staff all friendly and ,I like the fact that they give the adults pool/hot tub time to their selves anybody 18 and younger has to be out of the pool area by 9/10 but it’s open for adults until 11.
