Embassy Suites by Hilton Lubbock is an older hotel that may need some updating, with rooms described as a little outdated. The rooms are generally spacious, quiet, and clean, often featuring an affordable and comfortable king suite setup perfect for business, complete with WiFi and LAN options. Some guests found the bathroom on the small side. A common issue involved room temperature, with several reports of AC units not functioning properly, being set extremely cold, or making noise. The beds were also noted as too hard by some. The staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, warm, attentive, and accommodating. A highlight for many is the breakfast, which is frequently called great and the best at a hotel, with special mention of serving bacon. The hotel offers a happy hour, though its duration was found too short by some. The digital key option does not always work, so getting a key card from the front desk is advised. The location is noted as near Texas Tech and other places. Overall, stays are described as decent, loved, or a nice experience, despite the occasional maintenance problem.
Rooms fine. Tub needs drain cleaned. Run for 2 minutes and standing in water. Digital key got me in room but don't work on ice vending so that sucked

Outdated and the lighting in the rooms are terrible, but very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet , two drink free hh with snacks, and a nice gym.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I stay in a hotel over 100 nights every year and this one was exceptional. Every employee I had interaction with was friendly, positive, and helpful. The happy hours were very nice and breakfast was outstanding! I will return to this one.
