We needed to overnight at this hotel as we travel to take our daughter to Baylor. This hotel could not have been more accommodating and friendly if they tried. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing helping us get our car and trailer parked safely. After the long drive we were starving, so we gave their on site restaurant a try. The food was DELICIOUS! Kenzie was our server and she was just so great. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Dec. 15-16 '23 stay in the "Honeymoon Suite" rm 358:The shower constantly dripped, I could hear it all night. Also, the temperature of the water could not be controlled so showers were lukewarm at best, not enjoyable.Room temperature was uneven. The outer room was much cooler than the bedroom. Since both rooms were used for sleeping this was an uncomfortable situation.I responded to text messages inquiring how our stay was going and I told them about the above conditions. A maintenance team was immediately dispatched. Regarding the room temperture I was informed that they measured a ten degree difference in the air coming out of the ducts in each room. They could not do anything to make that better.Regarding the shower, the constant drip required a new seal which needed to be ordered. They were working on the shower water temperature when we left for the day.I asked if they were going to report what they found to the front desk and they said that was the plan. So, nothing was fixed and in fact the shower water was cooler after the maintenance visit, which we discovered the next morning. I received no more messages asking how my stay was going after getting 3 in the first 12 hours prior to the maintenance visit. In addition to all of this, many things were just worn showing the age of this property. This was not the experience I was expecting for a $527 two-day stay. I usually stay at Hampton Inn but I thought this would be a treat to stay at Embassy.I was wrong.

This Embassy Suites is the place to stay. The bar is excellent, the dinner food is excellent, and the breakfast is among the best I have experienced in Texas. The lobby and public seating has amazing atmosphere. the rooms are clean, up to date and well stocked. The fitness room is large with great equipment. the indoor pool is amazing especially in the winter months. I have stayed here on several occasions in the past 18 months.Rooms: The rooms are clean, updated and well stocked.Nearby activities: You are a short driving distance to movie theater, wide variety of dining choices, and mall shopping.Safety: I have always felt very safe inside the hotel and in the parking lotFood & drinks: The happy hour is amazing, the bar is well stocked with higher end alcohols. The breakfast has cooked to order along with buffet items and the ever popular waffle station. the dining menu has great selections and all the items I have tried are excellent.Noteworthy details: You could stay here and never have to leave the hotel-food and drinks are right there.

Very old furniture, doors are peeling off. Was given a handicapped accesible and the shower and bathroom is very old. Horrible experience. Not at all as pictures.Room was freezing and heating is not working. We had to sleep with our jackets on.Very disappointed.I paid almost $200 expecting a 4-star hotel, and feels like a 1.5 stay hotel.Rooms: Need urgent remodeling

Nightmare tonight…So much for being a Hilton Honors member……… the elevator was broken that goes right to our room, forcing me to limp ( a knee injury ). through the hotel to get to the front desk, most likely not ADA compliant….. room isn’t ready after 5pm, after driving 6 hours we showed to get our room, and it wasn’t ready upon arrival, obviously getting a suite was no good tonight. Our toilet overflows twice, and there’s kids running around screaming at 2am. I was told there was no manager on site to help fix these issues. Never staying here again, as this hotel has gone down hill fast. I made a mistake booking here thinking this was a nice hotel.

Fairly elaborate for this area of the state. Much nicer/larger and amemities filled than small town Best Westerns. Elaborate breakfast throw includes omletes to order, pancakes, sausages, biscuits and bacon--at least when we were there. Verdant atrium setting for breakfast and, again, when we were there, a seasonal Santa for the kids to have photo op and xmas wishlist delivery. Glass elevators no less. Quite the experience. And you have to love a motel that has more than enough liggage carts with functioning wheels at the entrance to the lobby. Helpful staff. Good business center. Only complaint was key entry cards frequently failed, but were quickly replaced.

Great location and very well laid out. A good getaway from the hubbub of work. The entire staff was gracious and attentive. If there were any critique at all it would be to expand the pool, it was pretty crowded the entire time I was there.Rooms: The rooms all face the Foyer with glass window front making it feel more like you were part of a community rather than boxed in. Nice touch!Noteworthy details: Great restaurant onsite

This place has a lot going for it but it is old and quite large with a strange layout. It’s a Hilton property so I was able to use the app for everything including my key. The breakfast is great, the rooms are spacious.

I had to keep getting new key cards because they wouldn't work. After they switched my room it worked. I chose this hotel because of the pool, but it was closed right after we got there at 8:20 on a Saturday night. They said they had to clean it with chemicals and it would be open in the morning. It was not opened the whole time we were there. I had a disappointed 5 year old.He will get over it, but I don't see us staying here again.

Wow. #1. Walked into room after checking in and toilet almost overflowed. #2-room was soooo hot. Had to ask for a farm at 0300. #3 Brushing my teeth... Sink wouldn't drain. Smh been staying here for 25 years. So sad ?

Breakfast is great as well as the evening reception. Hotel is old but that is the charm. Only problems we have are, we were given a room right on the freeway and the noise kept me up all night. Also the shower is just a dribble. Bad shower can leave a unfavorable impression of a very nice place and is a simple fix.Noteworthy details: Make sure to get a room away from the freeway.

Really cool place. Reminds me of the hotel in the movie “Vacation.” Right out of the early 80s with water flowing and lots of indoor plants. Built in 2004 but has an older feel but well kept up. Breakfast to order was good.

I’m a Hilton honors member so I do stay at Hiltons most of the time. This one is by far the absolute worst Hilton I’ve seen in my life!! The tv remotes didn’t work and when we called the front desk, the rude man that checked us in said “let me get maintenance” and hung up. Maintenance never came. The couch in the room was disgusting and looked like the 80s style my parents had. In our room, the bathtub was dirty. The ONLY thing that was good during our stay was the room service. The food was delicious and the girl who delivered it to us was so nice. Never will I stay there again and never will I tell anyone else to stay there!Safety: There were sliding doors to step outside of your room but there were spikes on the floor of it so you wouldn’t step out there. Trash!
