This is a great hotel. Bar and food are great! Rooms are extremely nice. Next to Twin Peaks so that is a plus. The main issue I had is the pool is “closed until further notice” due to broken equipment. I use the pools in hotels as part of my workout so that is unfortunate. Hotel staff said company won’t re-open it. It’s a shame that such a nice hotel doesn’t have a pool, y’all should really get that fixed. Other than that, great place to stay.

I am surprised this had 4.5 stars… the reviews made it sound amazing and the reason we chose this hotel but it fell flat for us. The room we had smelled horribly of urine and was very outdated. The breakfast is the typical generic hotel breakfast spread but it costs an extra $14 for each person. The ladies who checked us in were super sweet!

Great place to stay with a friendly and professional staff. There was no pool which was a let down for my family. However, I would still recommend this hotel!

Great staff experience from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the bar tender. Great patio area for hanging out at night. We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was excellent!!

This hotel had some of THE nicest employees we have ever encountered. Especially the manager.
We had a suite, which was great. Just could have been a little cleaner, like dusty window sills, & corners of the flooring in the bath & around the kitchen bar needed some extra attention. Hence the 4 vs 5 star.
Location was great, except for the tornados hitting the area very soon after we arrived. 🤯But the staff were excellent, concerned for everyone's safety, prepared, & did a great job through a tough situation.
The food was very good, young lady at the bar to get my food order Thursday after tornadoes, was a delight.
The elevators were fast, especially considering just two for 4 floors. We never waited.
We are not in Lubbock often, way less now that kids are grown. But if we need to go again, this is our place!!

If you look, about 3 months before me was a negative review talking about their stay in Rm. 230. Well, I am now the one in that very room and can confirm what they said with picture evidence.As you can see, the shower is ridiculous. The previous review said dirty, but I'd say it looks dirty from tiles being so very worn down. It's so worn down that I was able to just pick up and move pieces of tile so you can see just how dilapidated the shower was. Other tiles were missing grout but not yet fully loose. Also, though the water drained once it got to the drain, it was standing throughout the rest of the shower because there isn't a good grade for the water to flow to the drain. I stood in about 1/3"-1/2" of water during my showers. (Yuck!) The sink is still cracked. The bed felt lumpy and uneven.The entire stay wasn't horrible. It would actually be a pretty decent hotel if they cared more about real maintenance than how pretty they can make the lobby. It's just overly disappointing since it costs 25%-50% more than almost every other hotel in Lubbock. As I booked, it was the 3rd most expensive hotel in Lubbock. I thought you got what you paid for??How many negative reviews does it take to address basic maintenance?

Only thing I’d suggest for this hotel is heat the pool and add a hot tub. I switch to a hotel with a hot tub mid trip and regretted it. I came back here! I’d stay here again if I ever have to come back to

Christian provided excellent service! Despite our late arrival from Dallas, he was incredibly courteous and attentive, treating us as if it were midday. He ensured thorough explanations and even helped us find late-night dining options. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I'm in Lubbock. A five-star experience indeed!

In the middle of a cross-country move and this hotel was perfect, especially since we didn’t get in until after midnight.Spoke with Matt on the phone and then was checked in by Glynda and I can’t thank both of them enough!After driving all day all you want is a clean, comfortable place to stay and they delivered 10/10.Thank you againRooms: Clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable.
