Iron J's 24hr Gym & Nutrition Emporium is one of the best gyms in Lubbock, with a raw old school bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman energy. It is a dream gym for those serious about fitness, strength, bodybuilding, and strongman. The atmosphere is great and amazing, with a huge variety of equipment and amazing owner and staff. Visitors highly recommend checking this local gym out for its unbeatable atmosphere and support.
Just started going to Iron J's. Already love this gym. Everything you need to get a great workout in is here. Good price for a monthly membership. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local owned gym that feels like home.

I travel a lot and always visit powerlifting gyms wherever I go. J’s is my favorite. The staff are all chill and it has the feel of a gym that makes me want to work hard.
