About a month ago I ordered some of their tea from amazon. When it arrived every single bag was ripped and there was loose tea everywhere. Amazon said it wasnt eligible for a return (makes sense) so I emailed the company. They got back with me immediately and it was alllllllll in English! 😅 he said it was a known problem they were fixing and it seemed like I got a bag that slipped through the cracks. No big deal I just wanted either a refund or a new bag but their customer service not only refunded my order AND sent me a replacement bag, they ALSO asked what flavors I liked and sent me 2 more bags of tea 100% free.
I love their product but their customer service alone is going to keep me a life long customer. ❤❤”
