Well, they're good about taking your lumper fee. They don't waste any time with that and then you got to sit + to get unloaded I waited about 4 hours. They don't let you know I had to go in and check and then sit and wait some more to get my paperwork. All in all it was not terrible but not good

2 stars only because of overnight parking availability. Check in in 1 hour before appointment, got door in 15 minutes. Got empty in 1 hour. Received paperwork after 5 hours with no discrepancies.
