They have specials, but none of the products are on it. Went for the 20v orbital sander, but had none was told was on order, they put them out the day after went off special. They have an osalating saw with battery and charger out of stock. Ask when they would get them in none on order. Tried for a rain check. We don't do that on specials. It's best to save time and go to ace or home depot

We were having trouble finding a portable AC we liked so we stopped at this Lowe’s. They had one in stock with not a bad price and it had the BTU’s we wanted. Just got it installed today at the house and it’s working great. Wonderful customer service, we didn’t have our card a a nice young lady helped us looking up out card to pay with.

I'm just mad cause they spread out all the Klein stuff all over the store so you can't find anything, when before it was all consolidated in one area, and now they don't restock any of it often enough.

Almost paradise... Except you need to build it first...& the staff is always so short mannered and not always knowledgeable on certain subjects which can make for a frustrating experience sometimes

The Lowes store in Lubbock is a poor comparison to the store in Hobbs or Alamogordo those are really good stores I would rather go to Homedepot when I'm working in Lubbock they are just not vested in Lubbock as big as it is and only one store see that poor corporate management

This is the worse place to purchase and pick up materials from. I had advice Lowe’s of the time and date, I was picking up the flooring, I had purchased a few days ago. I arrived 5 minutes early, just to wait an hour to get my material. I regret ever doing business with Lowe’s, I should have stayed at Home Depot.

Terrible online order pickup clerk. I don't even have the heart to go into detail, but imagine every dull, uncaring, vacant clerk you've met. The process itself, however, left a lot to be desired and could be improved. I placed an order for in-store pickup that was supposed to be ready in 3 hours and received confirmation by email. Then crickets for two days. Without bemoaning the rude clerk experience, it turns out one of the items was not available in store and had to be shipped to store. The system could have alerted me and given me options like Home Depot does, but instead I guess it held up my order for days waiting for the missing item to arrive. Very poor rationale.

Lowes like just about every company since covid has gone down hill. You can never get a manager to come out of their hiding hole.
Everything that is left outside is rusted, scratched, and scuffed up from constantly being moved around my forklifts and theyll still want full price on everything thats been outside for years and they wont order any new ones.
The lumber, be it any size is bowed and crooked and I know they cant control that but they sure can reject it, Ive worked it before.
Its just been a bad lowes store since Ive lived in Lubbock for almost 20 years.

Explained my situation to a employee and was rude and didn’t bother to let me explained I went to a different employee she helped me out great it depends on the employee you have there please train your employees better
