“I can't begin to say enough about this business. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Nick with a genuine sincere hello as he introduced himself. He spent a good hour with me, as though I was the only customer, and by the way I wasn't. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the furniture I had in mind. I felt bad leaving without making a purchase. I was looking for my son and his family, as he was buying his first house. I told him I'd be back, in 2 days with my son in tow, as i wasn't about to pick furniture out for him....so now 2 later here we came. Korry was there and spent so much time with my son, as he weighed the massive choices that was there to choose from. After a good hour of Korrys time the selections were made.
These two young men are top notch professionals, that went above and beyond for us. Any one in my circle/world of people that has a furniture need, I will point them to American Freight. As for me and mine there are more furniture needs soon, and I wouldn't go any where else!!

It's perfect for his needs. I also inquired about an adjustable bed frame. She had that also. The whole encounter took less than an hour. “We had nothing but a positive experience here. We were new to Lubbock and originally bought bedroom set somewhere else. That was all delivered in pieces so needless to say we sent it back. We then went to Ashley's and picked out a set we liked. Kaden was so good and got us what we wanted within our price range. Delivery took longer then expected but we loved the set and were willing to wait. I did have to call a couple times but Kaden took my call, or called me right back, every single time. He even took my call while out on the golf course on his day off. Customer service like that is hard to come by and why we went back when it was time to order a dresser.Delivery was smooth and they set everything up for us just how we wanted it. Would definitely shop here again”
