“Oh my gosh! These people saved me! I drove into town desperate for clothes to wear to the Tech football game! I had a cute outfit ready to wear hanging in my closet that I had left behind!??♀️ I was in a hurry and feeling pretty desperate! I hate shopping for jeans! Ugh! The owner looked at my body, guessed my size and brought me one pair of perfectly fitting jeans! God love her!!!! Not only that but her associate helped me cut my jeans and make a cute little roll-up cuff with the steamer. They dressed me from head to toe and sent me on my way for a great evening and a Tech victory! But that’s not all… turns out the owners daughter lives in my town and she managed the sister store here in Fort Worth before it closed! I would welcome that store back in a quick minute! Okay here we go... Went to Hobby Lobby yesterday with my wife, she needed cricket material. Low and behold it took us 45 minutes to get to the cricket aisle. Why? She had to stop and go through the CHRISTMAS aisle first. Yepper the christmas stuff is out. Although, right now some of it was 50% off, she loaded up. 😂

“Truckers, their warehouse is on 5523 126th St where u delivered a load and was in and out within 45 min! Fast unloading! You have to call the number on the door or perhaps on your load details then he will come out quickly to unload your trailer! Young kid unloading was friendly”
“The manager went above and beyond today to help me with an online order that was canceled by mistake. She was so determined to find one item that was sold out online, yet their system said they had ONE in the store! If you’ve ever shopped there you know how massive it is…rows and rows and more rows of merchandise. I never got the sense or felt like she had better things to be doing than searching every inch of that store for me! She had a smile on her face and the best attitude about it, and her determination paid off!!!! She found the ONE and ONLY item in the back, still in the box on a pallet that had just arrived! It’s super unfortunate that positive experiences like I had today are happening less and less. I’m so grateful to have been the recipient of such wonderful customer service today!!!”

“My experience with Danielle and the delivery team was “Great”! I went in and she assisted me with a bedroom suite for my father. She took the time to explain everything from bed, dresser, and mattress!! She was knowledgeable and made the process easy!! As far as the delivery team, they took their time in removing furniture from the boxes with care as well as assembling it in my father’s bedroom. They were friendly! Made for an easy delivery! “I love Kirkland's. Their items can be pricey, but they run sales so often, email great coupons, and have a decent clearance section, so I never pay full price. Everything I've purchased from Kirkland's has been excellent quality and receives plenty of compliments from house guests. Definitely recommend for your home decor needs.”

“We had nothing but a positive experience here. We were new to Lubbock and originally bought bedroom set somewhere else. That was all delivered in pieces so needless to say we sent it back. We then went to Ashley's and picked out a set we liked. Kaden was so good and got us what we wanted within our price range. Delivery took longer then expected but we loved the set and were willing to wait. I did have to call a couple times but Kaden took my call, or called me right back, every single time. He even took my call while out on the golf course on his day off. Customer service like that is hard to come by and why we went back when it was time to order a dresser.Delivery was smooth and they set everything up for us just how we wanted it. Would definitely shop here again”
