Purchased an internet box on Friday 11/21/25, left the store and when I got home, SIM card was not working. Came back into the store and was told by employee Michelle, I needed to come back on Monday when a manager was back in the store because the box was not properly activated at time of purchase. She said they would do a return/exchange then. I came in today, 11/23/25 because I needed this box for the weekend and I am now told I am past the window to get a return done. Michelle states that her Manager Michael, who is it of town, says they will not return my money so I can go to a different store. My only option is a credit to my account or wait until Wednesday for a box because she has none in her store to do an exchange today. After going back and forth with her, I opted for the credit and customer service told her she would have to do the refund on her end. Per her supervisor Michael, I will have to wait until he’s back in the store to get my credit. So they wanted me to leave with no credit to my account AND no box. I asked for a corporate number because this is just wrong and manager Michael told her there is no corporate number. Michelle worked so hard on trying to make things right for me and tried calling the covering manager, Luz, and could not get her to answer. This was even after 4 attempts. She called Michael back who said they could not credit my account until tomorrow, 11/24/25. I left the store with no refund and no box. This is some HORRIBLE managing in my opinion. So if you need to return something and they ask you to wait, DO NOT DO IT. It’ll then be used against you.

So we went in to get some phones accessories. We spent over 800 on 3 new line's we were lied to about our plans at the end we almost had to keep all 6 lines and pay over 300 a month. Make that make sense. Don’t steal from us customers and lie to us to pocket more money. You’re stealing from your company and the customers.

I've been going to this metro store for years never have a problem until now your customer service rep Andrew is very disrespectful. I Left and went another metro store and was able to get everything I needed to get done there

If i could leave 0 stars I would. All three times I went I wasn't able to be helped. The ladies didn't even know how to add a line or use promotions. They couldn't take payments. I'd recommend any other metro in Lubbock besides this one.5+ year customer
