I went on one of the worst day's of my life. Seeing my mother for the last time before her cremation, and my daughter and I were greated by Nancy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phones or tablets we were looking at. I highly recommend her for your needs on any phone or tablet.

I went in stating I need a fast charging cable. I was sold a regular one instead. When I returned to get refund for a legitimate reason, I was refused a refund. Said it was due to covid. Covid is nowhere i the return policy. I paid $32 for the wrong charger. Give me back my money.
