This review isn't against the store, more of the brand. It's been a while since I've owned a pair of new balances so I needed a new pair of shoes and decided to splurge $100+ and bought a pair of 574s in late April. 5 months later and they're completely worn out from normal daily use. Both soles are worn completely smooth down the middle that its like walking on an ice rink on anything wet with one almost with a hole worn all the way through. I contacted new balance who agreed this was excessive, their resolution was to give me a 20% off coupon to the online store. Only problem is, it cant be combined with any other offer and everything is already 20% off. Going back to buying cheap shoes from skechers that last just as long for half the cost.

Wanted to share my experience of the store and the customer service I received. About a week or so ago, I came in looking for some comfortable work shoes and I was greeted by an individual who wasn’t paying much attention to me or what I was asking for. I gave two shoes to him and he came back and didn’t bother to measure my feet, he sat down unlaced the shoes and gave them to me to put on. I was looking to be fitted and have the full experience from what I have been told from others. The associate seemed off, his eyes were really red and was continuously dozing off as if he was falling asleep while helping me. Hopefully in the future I will return and have a better shopping experience..

Great customer service. We came in to buy some turf shoes 7/11/25 at about 2:30pm and the lady that helped us was amazing, as was the gentleman. We will be back!!

This was my first and last time buying shoes from here, I went in to get a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size which is fine , and I ordered them , which is fine , the guy told me I would get them either Monday or Tuesday but here it is two weeks later and I still don't have the shoes. I called on Tuesday to get an update and he told me that he would have to contact someone because he was unable to see , so he called me back the next day and said that the shoes got backed up or something like that , so I called back again 3 days later and now they're saying I have to track them with UPS , but there is no update on UPS so I spent almost $200 on a pair of shoes and have no idea where the shoes are and when Ill get them . I will never buy shoes here again .

Store was clean and well stocked. Everything was good finding a shoe and sales guy way nice. I was disappointed we didn't get to go stand on the machine that is supposed to help you pick the correct shoes or inserts if needed. When I asked about doing the full evaluation. Our sales guy said id have to get it all set up on the computer so lets just try on shoes and see what feels good.
I hate the awkwardness of asking for something and the sales people dont want to do it. So we just tried on shoes and picked some out the old school way.

Had an excellent experience finding new shoes. Quick and easy service despite being busy! The folks that helped us seemed very knowledgeable about their products and took the time to ensure I got the correct size and explain different features. Ended up coming back again later that afternoon to get my wife shoes! 100% recommend!
