They're extremely kind, they go above and beyond for every customer. Always take your car here. It's worth having a locally owned business to support. They do better work than take 5, Walmart, and many other places. I'm sure there are others that do good work as well, but I've never been disappointed coming here. If you need it done correctly. “I had a great experience with Marshall here at Take 5. I put an oil additive in my car that was about 8 ounces over the full mark and I was worried that it was too much oil in there. He assured me that it was not going to cause a problem. He asked me some questions about the history of it and what was done and was very knowledgeable about my 2015 Subaru Outback. Since I recently had an oil change, there was no need for another one and he Made sure the tire pressure was great in my tires and also topped off my fluids. He didn’t charge me, but I felt bad about the work he’d done and the time he spent and so I donated $10 to their charity fundraiser that was going on. He is an honest and helpful guy and that’s all anyone could ask for.”

“So in regard to the newest review about billy fighting someone. Im the other guy in that photo. Billy and i are very much the best of friends. whats shown in the picture is not as it seems. There was no fight. it was a bett(off of company property) i bett him that he couldnt knock me down and clearly i lost? billy is a good man. A great friend. A man in pursuit of Gods heart. And one heck of a father. Please to those who read these reviews know. Billy does his best for his customers and his friends.(in his case no one can tell the difference between the two because of his welcoming customer service) please continue to support this shop that will always have my heart.”

But they insisted professional Lu check up first and then they just fix the air pressure they told me my car problem-sensor is not reading . Should go to brands auto shop or should be fine !! “A good place to purchase tires but like virtually every place we've ever been to, thet way over tightened the lugs nuts. Sure it will keep the wheels from ever coming off but then too you may not be abke to remove the lugs nuts with your lugs nut wrench OR you will break your wrench trying to break the lugs nuts loose. Either way, you could end up stranded at a bad place and at a bad time. I've seen it more than once.”

“Had a gasoline smell in our motorhome on a Thursday while traveling, and was directed to Bigham Automotive, a Workhorse Service Center from a shop in Alamagordo, NM. Called and Rob was very patient to get me an appointment for Monday in Lubbock, TX. Shop diagnosed and replaced a fuel pump that had a broken fitting on our 2007 Winnebago Adventurer. Mr. Bigham treated me very fair on the work and got us on our way. The fuel tank had to be lowered to complete the repair. Would recommend Bigham Automotive & RV if you need repair in the Lubbock, TX area.”

“I would give ten stars if possible. I've got a '94 corvette that after someone else worked on it leaked oil like crazy. After calling a number of other places; some asking me where it was leaking from! how should I know that's why I'm calling you!, I call CAR. I explained to Greg that my water pump had been leaking; the original problem,and he knew exactly what the end result was. A burned out distributor system. Anyway after talking to him for a few minutes I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Greg quoted my a price and service plan that I felt was fair. I realize how much work they were about to do. After having my car for about a week, Greg asked my to come down so he could show me what was going on. Apparently the last mechanic somehow "forgot" the water pump oil seal and gasket. In the end they DID NOT have to tear the front end completely down to the oil pan, AND!! it was only going to cost me half as much as quoted!! Who does that?! Seriously? Only charge you half of what they quoted you. Thank you Greg and all the folks at Complete Auto Repair.”

I can't say enough good things about Monkey Mike's Auto Repair Inc. When I pulled into their shop with a coolant leak, I was stressed and expecting the worst. But man, did they turn my day around!
The owner himself, Mike (yep, the actual Monkey Mike!), came out to greet me. He listened to my concerns, popped the hood, and got right to work. It was amazing to see the owner so hands-on and genuinely caring about his customers' problems.
Mike explained the issue in a way that didn't make me feel like a total car dummy. He walked me through the issue and had me back on the road in no time.
What really stood out was Mike's friendly, down-to-earth attitude. He made the whole experience feel like I was getting help from a friend rather than just another auto shop.

“This has to be one of the nicest auto center crews I've ever dealt with. I had ordered tires via Walmart +, and it didn't allow an option to schedule install at time of purchase. Long story short, that meant I shouldn't be able to get any of the benefits when I brought them for install, since they were shipped to home and not store. Customer service and other stores confirmed that. Came to this auto center and had no wait, the gentleman helping me made sure that my Walmart + was synced and made sure I received the benefits that I was supposed to have. They were kind, fast, and helpful. That's all you can hope for. I'll definitely be coming back. I appreciate the whole team.”
