The only way to schedule an appointment is via an automated system or online. Both are garbage. There is no way to schedule by speaking to a person.

I had done my blood test at quest diagnostics a week ago. I requested the lady who is doing my test to do it gentle as I’m scared of needles and blood. I don’t know how she did it. My hand was very painful throughout the day and I couldn’t move it at all. It’s been a week since that was happened and my hand isn’t healed yet. I can still feel the pain while moving my hand and the blood clot was still same. I will not prefer going to this lab again and won’t suggest to anyone.

went in to go get some routine bloodwork and was in and out about 20 mins. melissa was who greeted me and she was pretty cool she pretty chill ngl very sweet lady.

Worst experience. Lady was super lazy and I had to everything for her to show that my test was scheduled and then at the end of the line she tells me they can’t do one of my tests and it has to be 7-9. even tho when i made the appointment they had nothing available… Do not go here.

Came in on June 14th at 8:30am and I was greeted by the most friendliest front desk lady. She smiled and greeted everyone that walked in. She even helped an angry man use the iPad to check in. He was upset because he doesn’t like technology but the secretary kept her composure and was so nice to him. She seems like she really loves her job and life. Wish more front desk people had her great attitude.

My wife had a Kidney transplant in February and it’s extremely important to have her blood work done every two weeks on Friday.Last Friday we show up they claim no orders sent from Baylor hospital in Dallas. Said we have to have a hard copy or them fax it.Wife goes back on Monday same story no fax, but Baylor sent us a copy of the blood work order from Quest system but the people working there refused to look it up kept saying you have to have a hard copy or doctor has to fax it. After I blew a fuse on the phone with customer service it turns out their fax machine hasn’t been working for 5 days, so they just blame it on the patient and the doctors.They were doing this to several people at the same time lying right to their face.Never ever again we will go to Labcorp from now on.

Super quick and blood draw felt painless. Was able to walk in and get it done with no worries. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

The staff are the most unfriendly people I have ever had to deal with. They don't wear name tags, so you can't call anyone out specifically, but I hate having to go there and I have to go often.

While the desk staff was helpful, they don’t honor appointments nor have any sense of urgency or respect of time. They lolly gag around and have you waiting way over your appointment time with no explanation or consideration .

I am a frequent visitor to your lab in Lubbock, TX. The professionalism of employees is stellar. I am normally in and out in 15 minutes. I am amazed at the friendly attitude and over and above care this one person gave to all the patients this morning (Oct 13) over the confusion of the new system. I was a bit confused about the new process and longer wait times, but she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I wish I took her name. Excellent Lab!!

I just needed a tb test for nursing school, and I waited there for an hour after I had already made an appointment earlier in the day just to be told they need a doctors order. They should say that before you can even make an appointment.

Melissa did an awesome job. She was very professional and had a great attitude. I was expecting to wait for an hour like I do at other places but I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

At first you think you will sit there forever because of the 6 or 7 people in front of you . Then 5 or 10 minutes pass and they call your name , then a nice lady like Melissa helps take your diagnostics and she is super professional and nice and then you are done ! Great people and place !

Unfriendly staff. Need to be more aware of elderly patients that might not be unable to see or hear at check in. Most are unable to do check in by themselves. Also, I do not appreciate attitude of staff and wearing of masks. If you do not have anxiety, you cannot possibly understand how it feels to wear a mask. I would prefer not to have a full blown panic attack in your lobby. Be considerate of others. If you are vaccinated, masks should NOT be required.
