I had the best experience ever. The person who was doing my blood draw was named Samantha and was located at the Lubbock TX location. I almost fainted, I was pale and felt terrible. Friendly and efficient. 9:10 appointment, checked in by text at 9:00, greeted when I walked in, called into lab room at 9:19, done at 9:26.

Great service, very helpful. Walked in after Dr visit at 10:30 and was seen by 11:10. Pretty good for being a walk in.
