“Cindy and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! We are so impressed with the variety of services they offer. We've used them for printing everything from business cards to banners and anything in between. We even have a mailbox with them. Even though we live clear across town, I can't imagine going anywhere else to get all of my shipping and printing needs handled. I'm also a huge fan of them being a locally owned, family-run business.”

“This UPS store is the best. They are friendly and fast. We have all of our packages shipped there, and it is such a relief not to have to worry about rushing home to get a package off the porch before it is stolen! We pick up our packages when it it convenient for us. Plus, they are open on Sundays so we don't have to wait til Monday if we can't get there on Saturday. It is very convenient and the people are great!”

“The two ladies on the front desk are fabulous. They were very kind and very nice to us. We went there to post a document and when we got back we realised that we need to change the signature with black ink. We called them and they literally helped us out making the changes. Put our document on hold. They had been super kind and literally we feel that they have done their job above and beyond their call of duty. We really need people like them. Thank u ladies!

“Attempted to schedule delivery, but RXO states they’re all booked and can’t deliver. Supposedly a resolution team is supposed to contact me but that hasn’t happened. Now my purchase is waiting in Lubbock and the promised delivery date from Samsung is not happening.*Update Resolution team contacted me same day and helped schedule a day.While the promised day from Samsung wasn’t met, I got the next possible day and the guys set everything up quick and efficiently.”
