I would give zero if possible. I wound not recommend anyone to live there. Old appertmet with many issues but major is plumbing with flood issue.

Worst apartments ever ! Maintenance is so sorry ! Growing mold at the top of our shower. We’ve been told the front office it’s been almost a year .. STILL MOLD

Infested with pests. Unprofessional management. Always a problem when it comes to leaks or water in general. Had water shut off multiple times during my lease with no explanation. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
