One of the worst student living apartments in Lubbock. The environment is straight gross, as trash bins are always overfilled and it doesn't seem like the trash gets thrown out; with trash bags littering the streets. Staff is also horrible, as they don't attend to urgent needs and maintenance requests.

Haven't even moved in yet and the process has been horrible. They REQUIRE pet insurance even though I DON'T HAVE A PET. Making me pay extra money each month to cover a NONEXISTENT PET. Change your policies!!!!!

Lived here for a few months last year. Couldn’t recommend less. Dog poop everywhere, extremely loud neighbors, I had no AC for over 5 days in the middle of July, and management is poor.
