“RC Taylor is the best from the driver's to the lady's in the office! I had some stuff happen and instead of them being rude or mean about it when they should of they actually encouraged me and we got it taken care of. I can't speak for all there employees cause I don't know all of them but the ones I do know are nice helpful and it really seems like they care! So definitely 5 star and they have everything you need at a good price!”
“Honestly, newer to the area and this place has been super nice to me, every person I’ve encountered and every visit. I’ve gone at least 10 times now. A little bummed that they got bought out by Head Hunters cus I haven’t had the best of experiences with HH. The price went up a few bucks on some cones I get, but as long as the customer service and products stay great, I’ll keep coming :)”

“Everyone here is pretty friendly, but I have to make note of a gentleman who spent about 30 minutes, if not more, helping me decide on a vape to purchase. He was very upfront and helpful as to which ones would be the best as far as experience and cost in the long run. I just knew he was going to get tired of all my questions, but he never did. He answered them all and I left there with a great new vape thanks to his informative opinions and the facts. I wish I had caught his name, but I didn't. He was great. This has been my favorite smoke shop for quite a while now. Thank you, Headhunters!
edit: went in two days ago and was waited on by a very rude young lady when I asked if I could exchange the "just purchased, unused, not even taken out of the store yet" product I had just paid for minutes earlier for another product of the exact same kind because I didn't like the fact that it appeared used upon closer inspection. I was asked "can I ask why" more than one time. Like I was trying to pull something over on her and not the customer she just waited on. That's the first experience I've had there like that in the years I've been trading there so your odds of engaging with a friendly employee are still high. Hopefully you won't encounter the same attitude I did.
Edit: the couple of people I came across that were rude didn't last long so the store is back to having totally awesome employees again. Every. Single. One. Of. Them.”
