Excellent!! I needed a sterling silver ring resized two sizes. I didn't think it could be done. But to my amazement this very, very nice professional man quickly assessed my need and correct ring size. Then resized the ring in a couple of minutes while I waited! It's beautiful and done perfectly!! Highly, highly recommend!!
