I'll give the 5 stars for their excellent service. But you can tell by some of these reviews, some are newbies in jewelry shopping. Prices are outrageous. Went in and asked about a name ring for my daughter and he told me $700. Sent money to a family member in a bigger city and it cost me $400 in 18k.

Have a very old ring that means a great deal to me I took it in for some repairs they did beautiful work with great customer service I will definitely be back and highly recommended
