When we first initially went to just look at rings and get an idea of what my fiancé’s budget was going to be, we immediately felt so welcomed and excited to be there! We were attended to from the moment we walked in the door, and every single thing I mentioned that I liked, it was added to my file to reference later on. When discussing what kind of stone we wanted, Susan knew exactly what she was talking about and could really educate us on every type of stone they offered. We ended up choosing a lab-grown diamond and never once doubted that we had made a great choice. She very much respected what our budget was and found the greatest options available for us! “I have frequently visited all the pawn shops around town for the last couple of years & have always like the experiences I’ve had from all the EZPAWNS in Lubbock. April Is very attentive to everyone who walks in and is on top of their employees to give us the customer a good experience. I have lots of respect for Luther who has always greeted me an my father very politely over the years and given us a really good service. Recently in the last few months we had started to see some newer faces. Nick is one of them he is a very motivated young man that is very attentive to the customer from the second we walk in to the moment we leave the door, He always has a smile on his face and is eager to sell. Gabe is another person we have started to see pretty frequently aswell, He is an absolutely wonderful person who always has a smile on his face and could relate with everyone who walks in. He has shown us he has a passion for what he does and is very eager while doing it. Keith is another new face around this location but he is not new to the business.He used to work at the one over by Amigos and he recently got transferred and he still continues to provide excellent customer service. We like shopping at this EZ Pawn because we feel welcomed and love the hospitality from everyone who works here.”

“I have gotten several piercings here, including my belly button and my septum. Have also recommended it to several friends and they have had positive experiences as well! I trust Patty because she's quick . She has always done a great job doing mine and they heal well. She's efficient and gets the job done . The only thing is the belly rings that they sell rust after time in water. Don't recommend buying spare jewelry from here besides the titanium that they originally pierce you with. 9/10”
