“I had an incredible experience at Royal Hummingbird. I made an appointment with Susan and her set up is incredible for designing a ring. The meeting was short and sweet and she was able to give me an idea of what the ring would look like in her store. She then sent me a render along with a price breakdown and adjusted to fit exactly what I wanted. She sent an updated render and kept me in the loop about the timing for the ring delivery. The render was beautiful and accurate but the ring itself was stunning. My fiancee and I love it and I can't be more happy with my choice to go with Royal Hummingbird.”

“I’m writing this almost exactly three years after my experience with J Keith’s because their kindness to me has not been forgotten. In June of 2023, I had just gotten engaged and was studying for the bar exam. My ring was a bit too big, so I took it in to J Keith’s. The timeline they gave me for the resize to be completed was past the date I was moving away from Lubbock - about a month out. They told me they could try to get it done in time, so I left the ring and went to the gym. About an hour later, J Keith’s called. They told me that they had gone ahead and resized the ring for me right away. I hopped off the treadmill and went to pick it up. It fit perfectly and it was cleaner and shinier than the day I got it and probably than it ever will be again. And, I got to spend all those hours studying with the ring on my finger. J Keith’s quality and customer service is unmatched, and I’ll be recommending them for years to come.”

“I have gotten several piercings here, including my belly button and my septum. Have also recommended it to several friends and they have had positive experiences as well! I trust Patty because she's quick . She has always done a great job doing mine and they heal well. She's efficient and gets the job done . The only thing is the belly rings that they sell rust after time in water. Don't recommend buying spare jewelry from here besides the titanium that they originally pierce you with. 9/10”

“This is my spot. They charge way less than other LCS for the same thing. They also pay well for coins also. I’ve done both. To the ones who say the owner is rude, have you tried customer service? If he low balled you, maybe he didn’t want what you had. He isn’t forced to buy anything. If your gold was real and he said fake, you didn’t let him keep it did ya? Most of the time it’s how you conduct yourself. We get along just fine and safe to assume he leans conservative or libertarian and I lean left. He ain’t got time for people’s bs.”

“I experienced the most excellent customer service today :) I went in looking for a cheap tv but the one I wanted specifically didn’t have a wire to power up. So I thought I would just go somewhere else, but the employee Janique insisted she could find one. So I waited patiently, when she came back with a couple of wires they didn’t seem to be the right one. I said again “it’s okay I’ll just go somewhere else” she insisted again that she could find the right one. She had a smile the whole time and she was persistent until she finally found the right wire and the tv powered on. I was very happy that I was able to walk out with this tv. I was having the worst time jumping from store to store trying to find the best Christmas gift for my mom. I'm not really into Jewelry myself and I tend to overthink things when I'm buying gifts for others, lol. Most places tend to ignore me, or don't seem to care since I'm a man :(. However! Chloe took the initiative the moment I entered the store! She made me feel comfortable with a more laid-back professional attitude, like she was there for me and not just my money. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for by asking what my mom's favorite color was, what her birth stone is, and recommending a metal color that best fit her complexion, etc. In the end I was able to secure a Christmas gift well before the holiday putting my mind at ease.
