I don't know what it is, I'm guessing incompetence, but everytime (and I should know better) I drop off a package here it doesn't get scanned until 2 days later. What a joke this place is and yet they keep raising the rates for sub par service. Yuck!!

Worst service ever. My package is taking forever to be delivered to Canada. They do not scan the packages at every step, so you do not know where your package is. Plus, they hung up on me. I payed for priority delivery, but it's been 12 days and my package is still in the US.
