How hard is it to close a mailbox right I know when I have or had mail because my mailbox is always open as well as my neighbors boxes stay open after the mail shows up come on people it's not hard to close the mailbox right

David is a terrible employee. Said they don't even scan packages left in blue box. I questioned what if employee steals the packages and his response was "yes anyone cam steal anything" and hangs up on me. This is not the first time this branch has lost valuable packages. Have gotten bad service multiple times from David. Do not know how he is still employee

I sent a gift to my step daughter for Christmas and to my surprise it got returned with a message saying she didn’t live where I sent it. Clearly this was just marked by the postal worker this way or he took it to the wrong address. Your laziness ruined my step daughter’s Christmas. If the post office was a real business I wouldn’t have to keep paying to have things shipped to Lubbock just to have to ship them again. Save yourself some money and use UPS. If this was the first time this happened I could believe it was a fluke but it has happened more than once with other addresses. Get it together.

The post office I use. Sometimes the line can be long and slow. Need to open more service windows temporarily to clear this.

Worst customer service EVER! The Hispanic women supervisor and worker MICHELLE NEED TO BE FIRED! They have been giving me the run around on my package for 5 days and no one wants to do their job. This whole facility really needs a corporate check because this is the worst place I have ever stepped foot in!

Went at 1:45 PM. Two people at the counter waited 20 mins. The clerks were too busy visiting instead of being effective and doing thier jobs. After waiting 20 mins and the lobby now full, had to leave. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location.

The customer service here, particularly by the female supervisor, is completely unacceptable. There was a mix up with my sister sending me a birthday gift and forgot to change her name to mine. Well then the shop put the name of the card game “organ attack” as my sisters last name and when I tried to talk about it with the supervisor she straight up showed up to the window and said “I’m not giving you this package. Tell me this, why is a package being sent to you under the wrong name??” And continued to interrogate me. She kept going back and forth saying she won’t give it to me and that they don’t have it. Very wishy washy. It has now been days and the package is listed as delivered but it was not delivered, yet it also hasn’t been returned to the sender in order for my sister to process a refund. They say they won’t do anything unless my little sister who lives with my parents across the state shows up in person with an ID matching name, problem is, no one’s last name is organ attack so they are just holding my package hostage

Horrible customer services! The Latino manager is so rude. He acts very unprofessional and very conceited. Him and this other short lady both look chócanos treat people like idiots when someone ask a question. They make faces and give you short answers. I saw that with every single customer while I was in line.Sure enough they gave me the same service.

very unresponsive if you want anything done with them you have to go there in person otherwise they are pretty good I just wish I didn't have to actually go up there for every little task that involves them they invented telephones to remedy these types of situations

The postal clerk was very polite and helped me with 4 address changes. Things I didn't know in the crisis I was dealing with and she was helpful to me with filling out the changes. I was blessed by the helpful ways I needed.
