Wow someone in this post office stole my earrings. I was left a notice to pick up my earrings on May 24th 2025 went down to pick up because I had to sign for them my dam packages was missing 😑 I was told by an employee that the guy on my route just up and walked out. My earrings cost $2700.00 plus tax. Nothing was done DO NOT SEND OR GET valuable things sent though USPS they have thevies working 🙄 for them use FedEx or UPS I will for sure.

Delivery drivers can’t find which direction is up and which is down. They’ve refused to give me my mail in my unit on 2105 Main Street. It’s ridiculous the lack of effort this place has

Jennifer at the downtown location has to be the rudest customer service rep ever. I stopped going to this location because her attitude about everything is so not helpful. You can tell she is unhappy with her life. She very unprofessional and seem annoyed if you ask questions. Heads up to anyone who wants to have a great day... Avoid her or this location at all cost.

This post office is a joke, got a big package to be delivered to my house with sign delivery, this post office will not deliver to my house as it won’t fit in my mailbox. This post office employee stated they refuse to deliver to my house because of a safety issue that they don’t know what it is, not sure how to get my packages if they don’t fit in the bigger cluster box. I will be contacting main post post office to complain, it’s not a safety issue, it’s a lazy issue.

I must say I commend this post station for the immense work it does for the local ecology. Come rain, sleet, snow or a three mile line these ladies are dead set on doing nothing more than creating high quality carbon dioxide. The Amazon thanks you.

The man that services east Baylor and parkway removed my sign we stated that I want sign back he took it our neighbor steal our mail and took my credit cards etc and if this mailman does not return my sign tomorrow he will have theft charges aswell as those taking my mail return it asap

I moved six months ago and just now started receiving my mail. We moved into our camper behind our shop and the mailman refused to deliver our personal mail to our business. We put in 4 change of address cards, when I would go up to post office to ask about our mail they would tell me that my change of address info had been deleted out of the system ! Now he/she finally delivers, but but just leaves my Amazon out to get stolen. We have a huge mailbox, he could at least put things that fit into the mailbox and perhaps leave a ticket for me to pick bigger things up at the post office. The packages are just left outside to be stolen. Very frustrated. Oh and on top of everything the mail person has been delivering some strangers mail to our box that we have never known and we have been at this address for 7 years. Grrr. Worst postal experiences in my life.

How hard is it to close a mailbox right I know when I have or had mail because my mailbox is always open as well as my neighbors boxes stay open after the mail shows up come on people it's not hard to close the mailbox right

The worst USPS that you can decide to send your package, it is my first time sending a package and I decided to do it through USPS, they said 3 days to arrive and now it is 21 days and the package I do not know where it is nor do I know if it is actually where it says machine, I have been here 5 times and the last time I went they told me that they no longer had anything to do with the package, I go to where I sent it because they can't get my package back, you waste time and money, super angry with this company, the worst .
