“The staff at the Willows were so friendly and helpful on our wedding day. We received so many compliments on the staff from our wedding guests. Our event coordinator, Alli Cross, made sure we weren’t stressed when we had bad weather, and keep the wedding organized when we had to move our wedding inside last minute.The venue is gorgeous all throughout the year and we loved how beautiful the garden and courtyard are. Even though we had to have an indoor wedding their large glass doors still let us get married with the view we hoped for!”

“Nice venue. The buildings need to have signage and additional signage depicting which building is for which event. The night I was there, every building was in use and the parking lot was full of people scrambling trying to find their invited event. The parking lot is not paved so watch your shoes as you maneuver your way around.”

“I had to come share my experience with Nikki and her venue. She is beyond amazing and such a helpful person. We had our wedding here, and she was basically a wedding coordinator. She made my day so amazing. I didn't have to worry about the small things. Her kids are the absolute best and help out as well. I will be recommending this venue to everyone I know. Not to mention, it's the only venue that lets you stay til 2am! ?”

Ashley went above and beyond making my wedding special and less stressful. She and her staff treated us and my guests so well. Everyone during the event and after, constantly telling me how great everyone was. A day that is supposed to be chaotic and worrisome, went smoothly all because of SOHO. The best people ever! “My family reserved the Peacock Room for my Dads Celebration of Life in May of this year. Although it was hard to determine what it really looked like from online pics, we were more than pleasantly surprised at our experience. The waitstaff and especially Sarah, were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Our food arrived on time to all attendees and was delicious. The venue itself was beautiful, I mean, it was hard to believe it was in Lubbock and not in some hidden enclave far away, what with the creek running through the property and large shady trees. Surely a hidden gem. I wish to thank all of those at Spirit Ranch who made this so special and emotional event be absolutely seamless. The Wells Family?”

Staff were very friendly, lobby was nice including working spaces and printers etc.The rooms themselves were slightly dated but honestly in really good shape, super clean, and spacious as well. Equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, tv, etc.Breakfast is provided in the morning with lots of variety in terms of food options hot and cold, as well as milk options for coffee cereal and oatmeal.Decent sized fitness center with cardio and weight options available. Indoor pool and some outdoor patio space.Overall really nice spot, highly recommend if in the area!”
