Great customer service in the store. Frustrating because online team did not fix an issue I had called them about. Instead, I have to go into the store. Seems their online team is not as focused on quality customer care as the team in stores. I am giving the in store team 5 stars. Online team would get two stars!

If could leave 0 stars I would the only reason I went to this store was to pickup a home internet device that was a claim through customer service. Before going to the store i called to make sure the order was complete and ready for me to pick up. The person I spoke said it was ready to go and just need to provide them with the order # i showed up and provided the # the girl goes to the back to grab it for me and the gentleman standing beside her told her to go ahead and cancel the order which she did then ran it as a new sale. I then get my new bill and I have 2 devices that I am being charged for and my promo that I had received at the time of the original purchase was also removed. It took me at least 10 calls and hours on the phone with customer service to resolve the issue. I then decide to call this store to let the manager know what had happened so that the employees don't do this in the future to other customers and I spoke to walker and he didn't take the time to hear me out and would continuously talk over me and was shouting as I could hear the customers in the background. I told him that I wanted his managers name cause he is just making things worse and he tells me he can't give me that info I then tell him that he can and need to speak to his manager and he finally tells me his managers name is fabian...if anything please put your managers through a training for manager calls. I was not calling to have them fix anything just to simply make them aware of what had happened and ended up being one of my worst experiences with a "manager" i have ever had.

Deidra was such great help. My daughter and I went to this same location 2 weeks ago Deidra checked us in but we got help from Devin (I think that was his name- he was like the asst. store manager or something like that) and he wasn't really helpful so we cut our visit short and decided to come back later. Alot of the gentlemen there dont look to pleased to deal with anyone ... honestly. When we did we were helped by Deidra and she was AMAZING. Lets just say we didn't feel like just a "sale" she took her time and was patient with us. She gave us her card and I will be definitely reaching out whenever any of my 5 lines need assistance. She is the ONLY reason I gave this location and review 5 stars. Thank you Deidra.

I came here wanting to switch my service to Verizon. Amber and the Walker went above and beyond to help us. We were on the phone with Straight Talk for over 3 hours (not an exaggerating) and didn't have any luck. Amber and Walker were beyond patient and their customer service was the entire reason I came back to Verizon. I'm so thankful for everything they did to make sure we were taken care and now we have the best cell service providers! Highly recommend this location!!

They put me in queue as soon as I walked in
I was waited on within 5 minutes. Very friendly professional staff. They We’re unable to assist me due to my husband being the only person on our account. No fault of theirs he was working and I couldn’t get ahold of him! Great atmosphere, clean store.

A bunch of thieves and liars, I called them yesterday because my charging port is broken. I talked to a representative yesterday named Casey. She said I would get a new phone the next business "today" for absolutely no charge to me. I called earlier today because the tracking number they gave me said it was delivered. It was sent to the midland post office. Now they're saying I owe them a $99 deductible for the phone. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 30 mins, I was transferred between three different departments until I finally got to the claims department. This is absolutely a disgrace of a phone company. When my plan with them is over with I'm switching to tmobile.

TEN OUT OF TEN!! I had the fortune of getting Amber to help me. She was fabulous to work with. The customer service here is top notch, and the salesmanship - amazing. There was no pressure, in fact, I feel like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. This is why I'm with Verizon.I got an experience, not just a service. While Amber was getting me all set-up, the manager, Kyle, put my new protective screen on, and Deirdre (sp?) had me in stitches with laughter. This is what a real team looks like. 100% genuine people working there. Thank you Amber and Deirdre for not only helping me, but for making my day great! Y'all rock!
