Bree is the BEST!!!
The purpose of this review is for highlighting an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE, Bree (sorry if that is not how you spell it).
If it was possible to just give the employee a 5 star rating, I would.
The store itself should be rated 1 star or less.
I had a very strange situation that I hope no one else ever has to go through. My elderly mother was scammed into buying 5 new devices at this store to be shipped to the scammer/accomplice. I found out about this about 30 days after the fact when I was asked to ship a total of 15 new phones to an address. Once I found out I attempted to return the devices and get a refund for what was paid at this store. While there I learned that the sales staff remembered my mother and the transaction, describing it as fishy and as a suspected scam. But due to the fact that she was there in person and they had a copy of her ID they deemed it a legitimate purchase and refused to take the 5 devices back, this was in December 2024.
After, dealing with Apple and AT&T with other devices that were involved (Apple and AT&T were great and took the devices back and refunded her money!), I then started the process of paying off the $7,000 for the devices bought at Verizon. I was told by a Verizon representative that as soon as I paid the devices off that the 5 devices would be able to be used on other carriers and I would then be able to sell them to attempt to get some of the money back, this was in late December 2024. After paying the remaining balance, this was not the case...
After spending perhaps 8-10 hours a week for the next two and half months on the phone with various departments, I had gotten nowhere in getting the devices off the blacklist and carrier/sim lock list. The customer service number would direct me to go to the store in person for them to help, on every occasion I was sent to the store they could do nothing. I even made an appointment most recently, and after speaking to an employee there who said they would be happy to help and navigate Customer support I made an appointment. Once I arrived the employee who greeted me basically said they couldn't/wouldn't help me do this.
This review is about Bree, right?! So this is how she shined. So on two occasions after getting nowhere I called the store and Bree answered. The first time she spent hours on the phone with me and customer service to get the proper "ticket" submitted to start the process. This was over a month into this nightmare.
Finally after continuing to waste my time months after paying thousands of dollars with customer service, I got ahold of Bree again. She again spent hours on the phone with me and customer service, stayed over on her shift, and now just 48 hours after getting me to the right department and person the devices are FREE of Verizon's grasp.
So, after interacting with dozens of call center department employees and at least five store employees in person at two different locations, it was Bree who owned my problem and did all that she could to get me FINALLY to a satisfactory resolution.
Bree, Verizon is too lucky to have you, they certainly don't deserve you. I hope Verizon treats you well and I would certainly recommend you for a promotion if that is something you would like. Thanks again, Bree!

BUSINESS OWNERS PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I walked in just to get a phone, girl kept going into the back to call her manager Josh Barron to get me a "deal" as a business client. At the end of the sale they hand me a wireless gateway, when I say I did not ask for it the ladies simply say it will replace my internet at home and work amazingly. When I asked if it cost extra after this "promo" it was a definite NO. Left there wondering what I just bought. The next day I tested it at home, and it definitely doesn't work to stream at home. So I called around to Verizon Wireless stores to try to speak to someone local, and someone told me the one I went to was a franchise and they are not trained well there (aka lie through their teeth) So I went to the other franchise owned by them to return the device. The guy there tried to help but apparently since its a franchise you can't actually return it there, even called Josh Barron (the sales manager from the other store) and Josh assured me that he would call me the next day and get that device shipping label to return it. He promised that my bill would be $60. Fast forward 4 months. I have probably spent 40-50 hours on the phone or on the chat trying to get the line removed from this wireless gateway I didn't use. I have been told by COUNTLESS AGENTS that it was fixed. Where's Josh Barron? No clue. He does not answer his phone. How does he have a job in management? Here I am as I write this, on the chat trying to get this device removed and to not get charged for it anymore. Please, if you are a business owner and need verizon...do not go to these franchise stores, go to an actual Verizon store where they might help you. Unless you have an extra month of time trying to get help. This is my 3rd time this week trying to get this fixed and they all keep just saying they will remove the line this time. Again, this started in November.

Usually very patient, but after waiting for over an hour to simply return a router box, we left. Multiple people called that came in after us, poor customer service. I donāt want a required sorry for service or explanation on how you āmissed the markā. Just do better or figure out a better solution.

Great staff here. Efren was a huge help. Verizon corporate made getting a new phone much more complicated than it should have been but the local staff bent over backwards to get it fixed as it should have been.

ASK FOR MARIO HE SOLD ME 3 IPHONES FOR JUST $40 and saved me some money compared to ATM
He helped me so fast whenever this boomer with horrible breath was complaining about his phone to the manager Lewis, I felt so bad for the workers because I didnāt realize how many dumb people donāt know how to use their phones smh

We have been here several times and always get prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service. Today Enrique helped us with a warranty claim and new plan options for my dad's phone. Super customer service!

Had to get a new phone, ordered for pick up through Verizon, and received a 400 rebate. My Rep. Was very busy, but she took time to get my old cell info transferred to new phone.
