Minerva Fierro was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made opening my new account an awsome experience. She was fast, experienced, friendly, and patient. I would recommend Wells Fargo Bank based off of her. I have never banked with Wells Fargo. Now I have sent a few people. Hope this helps your decision in choosing a bank.
