“I was at Costco yesterday, 6/25/2024. I cannot lift the water and they so graciously bring it to the front and then I ask for someone to load it in my car. I thanked the employee and he said I love my job and I love helping people! Awesome customer service! Thank you Costco! I'll keep coming back!”
“It's a clean, well functioning gas station. Even while it's busy, you never wait too long for a pump, prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. If you have a spill or just need help, there's someone there, ready and willing to help.”

“This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!”

“What a cool place! I went to Texas Tech for 4 years and never knew about the amazing selection of meat that is sold here. I wish they would market more to students so we can help to contribute as customers. You learn so much about the animal and food science program shopping here as well! Love my school for this.”
