Attempted to schedule delivery, but RXO states they’re all booked and can’t deliver. Supposedly a resolution team is supposed to contact me but that hasn’t happened. Now my purchase is waiting in Lubbock and the promised delivery date from Samsung is not happening.*Update Resolution team contacted me same day and helped schedule a day.While the promised day from Samsung wasn’t met, I got the next possible day and the guys set everything up quick and efficiently.

Had a washer and dryer that needed to be returned to Costco. RXO scheduled a pickup just to cancel 7 times. After 28 days I returned them myself. If I was someone without a truck, appliance dolly, or people to move it, I would have been screwed. There is no way to reach their local warehouse--you have to call and set everything up through an Indian call center who has no connection with the boots on the ground. Miserable experience.

Had a scheduled delivery from Amazon and the company delivered as expected. I was given a courtesy call 20 minutes before and James and Jacob went above and beyond to put my package where requested. Thanks again for the great customer service James and Jacob!

Their system for scheduling is completely broken. God help you if you need them to deliver on a day other than the one that has the first available opening. Also, whatever you do, do not order something with an expectation of it actually being delivered when originally promised. Those dates are complete smoke.

The first two confirmed delivery dates came and went with no message, no call, no show. I don't get how you can schedule a delivery date, making the customer need to stay somewhat nearby the house all day and give no update about not making it. While that was a little annoying, we did still get the delivery within a week of the first delivery date.Most importantly, I very much appreciated the polite and helpful delivery men who brought the couch. They set it up with care and am raising my rating because of them.

If. I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a Traeger grill through Costco on May 14th. Grill arrived at XPO on 5/27. Get an email a few days later to call to schedule delivery. Scheduled for June 3rd. Nobody called prior. Waited all day. No call, no showed. Called customer service and told it wasn’t routed that day. Checked email yesterday and had another delivery date of today June 7th. Called customer service again this morning tto confirm and was assured it would be delivered today. NOPE! Called customer service again and now it’s rescheduled to June 16th, another 9 days out. The sad art is it is setting here in Lubbock a couple miles away, but told I could not pick it up without”permission” from Costco. Called Costco and they had no idea what XPO is talking about. This is the most terrible customer service I think I’ve experienced.I will never again order anything from anybody that uses XPO for their deliveries.

Update at bottom :THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER . I ordered a swivel chair from living spaces over a month ago. The chair has been in the town next to me ( maybe 35 min away) for at least two weeks . I scheduled the delivery for may 16th it never came , I never once received a single notification for the cancelation / delay . I had to call the call center after 4 hours of waiting patiently only to get an Indian lady who I could not understand just to then be told it was not coming and I had to re schedule ( you HAVE to be here to sign for the order which is ridiculous .the fact they let me schedule and said it was on the way just to ghost me . Now today at 7:18 am ( may 21 my NEW scheduled delivery date ) I received an email that it was on its way and would arrive between 6:30 am and 10:30 am it is currently 12:17 I have been waiting for almost five hours just to call three separate times and finally be told it was CANCELED AGAIN! i do not know how this company is still in service . I will never use XPO again and i am currently trying to find a way to get it OUT of there ware house and delivered through a different service . Okay it has officially broken me .. this is the fourth time my order delivery was canceled and rescheduled out of no where . I find out today it’s because ” they’re truck broke down “ really ? Your truck broke down every Saturday for three weeks? Lol… I have officially canceled my order with XPO and living spaces . I’m not even mad it will take a month for my refund I’m just soooo thankful I no longer have to deal with this nasty company . I will never use y’all again, and I will make sure everyone I know knows how you treat your customers ..

Absolutely horrible experience. Hope a 0 rating can be given. Waited for more than a week for our Costco delivery. The delivery was given a 4:00 - 8:00 time window. Nobody show up and no communication until 10:00. I had to call the customer service and was told the delivery was cancelled and had to be rescheduled. Wondering why Costco is using such a delivery companyUpdate: The company made special arrangement. The second delivery went smoothly.

I have never written a negative review until today. They have had my furniture for two weeks. Was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday between 9am-1pm. At 12:30pm they call me and tell me my furniture (just one sideboard) did not fit in the truck. Are you serious? And then tell me they can’t reschedule. I keep calling and no one answers. Unbelievable!

Really wish I could give this “company” ZERO stars!!!! They are absolutely the most horrible, terrible company Amazon could use as a delivery contractor. They always reschedule you making it seem like they tried to deliver but never did and keep on rescheduling you.Got an Amazon rep try and fix the problem and even she got frustrated and had to hang up on XPO’s representative and escalate the issue.Amazon approved us, THE CUSTOMER, picking up our order but XPO still will not let us get it. They’re basically holding our order hostage for whatever reason.HORRIBLE TERRIBLE AWFUL, all the way around!!!!!!!!

Would rate 0 stars if I could! Apparently all of the GOOD ratings were from some time ago as I seem to be having the same issue as everyone else recently with this company. I receive a notification that my item arrived in Lubbock on February 11th. We had February 21st scheduled as the delivery date and heard NOTHING from them. I was the one who called THEM after the deliver window passed. I was told by the customer service rep on the phone that the item was on a truck in Lubbock, hadn’t been scanned in, they were sending an e-mail, and I would hear back within 48 business hours. I have continued to hear nothing back within that time frame, and every time that 48hr window passes, I call back and get the SAME response. It has been 3 weeks since my item shows it was received in Lubbock, and just shy of 2 weeks that I continue to be told I will hear back within 48hrs with NO response. I will make it known any time I place a future order that I DO NOT want the delivery done with XPO and will request the shipment be through ANY other company!

Horrible service holding my fridge or dishwasher hostage I get the run around when I call they won’t give me the local number your customer service is a joke had roosters in the background try hiring in America instead of outsourcing your call center for cheap what a joke of a company it also takes 16 calls to schedule a delivery wow gota love the roosters in the background when your trying to talk
