Whenever possible avoid using FedEx ground. If I could give this company zero Stars I would recently had a package that I never received. Although after constantly checking tracking and it's saying my package was delayed and they had no update on the delivery date. A week later they lie and update tracking and say it was delivered A week prior November 29th (on a day that they already said it was delayed and they tried to deliver next business day )which was impossible because I sat on my porch all that day. I contacted customer service and they tell me that the last time the package was scanned was December 1st at the facility and that it also said no attempt for delivery made. So it was impossible for it to be delivered on November 29th. They can't update it in their system and say that it was not delivered. There's nothing they can do on their end then promise me my package would be delivered within the next 24 to 48 hours and still no package. Had to file a claim and have heard nothing back from them. Besides, to contact my shipper who I also have to file a claim and police report with just to get a refund on my order. I'm convinced at this point that FedEx drivers are stealing people's packages. Worst company I will avoid them at all costs

Very disappointed in Fed Ex, paid extra to get our package, except still haven’t received. Filed 3 complaints for the rep to hang up on me. Funny how UPS can deliver on time and to my address properly but Fed Ex driver Kyle gets to decide when someone gets there package, day 5 of not receiving my package.

Your virtual assistance is pointless. When you want to talk to a live representative it is impossible. Very, very annoying.

Driver recently started leaving my packages out by the road and now my package has been stolen. Big surprise.
Whoever this driver is that delivers to the north-east side of Livingston needs to stop!
No way to contact the actual people about the problem, so i am leaving this review.

Drivers follow GPS instead if actually following addresses. Can't talk to a real person local about the drivers. Worst company ever. I am going to start keeping the packages i get for the wrong address. Let FEDEX pay the price

I have to compliment FedEx on how they've handled my last 3 deliveries. The latest being 11-1-24. I hope that identifies the driver. They do have to drive over a mile down our semi rough county road to deliver to my unmarked gate. I appreciate very much that they do this time after time and neatly hang in a bag or place my parcel over my fence carefully before marking it as delivered. I've never had any damage claims at this delivery location. ✋️ high five for that good service, driver. You are appreciated.

Driver will leave your package in the ditch next to a road for anyone to pick up. won't deliver to the door. Can't be bothered to drive down a 100 ft circle driveway.

For the last several months packages have been left 30 yards from our front door on the lawn by our front gate. I have repeatedly called and asked that packages be delivered to our front door or garage door, but despite promises that the situation would not happen again, it just keeps happening. At this point, if given a choice, I will NOT choose FedEx for shipping.

I ordered something off of eBay and it was sent here. And you aren’t gonna believe what happened. It arrived and left in the same day! A first for FedEx. 5 stars.

Wish I could give this place no starts! How does one launch an investigation on this place because at this point it’s obvious they’re stealing packages! My packages are always opened or “not able to be delivered” I got tires clearly stolen driver marked it as “Delivered to the wrong address” yet told manufacturer they were delivered! I’m so frustrated and upset this is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with!

Been waiting for delivery for a week now. Today, the driver drove right past us. Then says weather delay. I've called customer service several times , tell me the same thing over & over. Sure would like to talk to a supervisor.

They need to hire competent drivers. Had to submit several tickets, make several calls before anyone actually cared to see what was going on. Keep getting my packages delivered to a completely different address. They said they've addressed the issue so I'll update my review once we see for sure.
