If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They won’t even say they lost my package but they haven’t seen it for 2 days. They won’t give me any idea of when it is getting delivered. You guys will continue to lose business in lufkin because of your horrible service.

Driver keeps leaving packages at my gate instead of my house. They leave it out in the rain 300 yards from my home at 8:00pm. No notice,don't know it's there and we just happened to find it the next day. Sorry no good driver

The driver constantly delivers to my neighbors. My address has a 1/2 added to it. Teach your drivers to read the package address. My address is on the fence in big numbers. Why can't they see it?

I was in training for 2 days, only to be instructed to wait on contact from HR but I have not heard from HR so I don't know if I even still have a job, more less a check for my time of training. I can't even reach HR myself. Very unprofessional with resolve.

I received a text alert that my package was delivered and signed for. No package was delivered so filed a complaint! But since you can only talk to someone in another country how are they going to get information? Looking at all the complaints about the Lufkin location no wonder they don’t have a phone number!!!This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Don’t even deserve one star

Glad I was home when my $600 package was dropped off. It was required to have a signature but was left on the porch without a knock or anything and the box had soap on the bottom of it.

I absolutely despise your company now. Your driver for my area can't seem to deliver packages where they go! I understand we are rural but the fact that multiple people on my road has complained to you about our packages being dropped off at the wrong addresses constantly and yall have done nothing about it. Our addresses begin in the 400s and the wrong road he drops our packages off ends in 299 so he isn't even trying to find the right number address. Luckily the woman that lives at the address that gets ALL of our packages is nice and willing to finish your lazy drivers job and makes sure we get our packages. The really messed up part is when my dad came to talk to yall, he was informed that our address is correct on your GPS for deliveries. So why does this keep happening?! Multiple people in my town have this issue. Do you condone your drivers leaving packages at random addresses because that is exactly what he does!!! Do better Fedex!!

The warehouse is not open to the public but the public receives packages from that warehouse. So a review would still be appropriate as to the delivery service. My last comment was deleted. Because for the 6th time in a year I was told that the weather was bad and that's why they couldn't deliver it. I have screenshots of the driver saying he couldn't deliver it because of bad weather and also have screenshots of the weather report for that day-and-night 100% clear it's clear no rain not even foggy. I am at the end of a route it is probably inconvenient to come all the way out to my house. But instead of calling me earlier in the day and saying don't set out at your gate and wait. They pull this stuff and say that they couldn't bring it because of bad weather. Because this place is not open to the public does not mean that the public does not do business with them.

Really mad. My packages from your distribution center located at 3402 Ellen Trout Drive in Lufkin Texas was delivered to the wrong address. The people told the driver it was the wrong address, but he didn't care and left them there anyway. It was not the address listed on the packaging. I contacted customer service for driver to pickup and redeliver. Tried to get number for center as I want to put in a formal complaint to a manager. No number to reach.

The person delivering in Zavalla must be blind and brain dead. Always delivers my packages to the wrong address and I never find them. Sorry excuse for a company.
