“Mike made the entire process to walk in and apply for a new passport as easy as possible. Service was quick. Mike was knowledgeable about the procedures. The whole process took less than 20 minutes arrive early if you’re walking in so that you don’t have to wait on others.”

“I love this post office! My family and I recently moved from Houston over the summer and the employees here have been nothing but friendly and welcoming! The employees at any Houston Post Offices are usually so rude and unpleasant. One of my son's wrote a Santa letter this Christmas and dropped it off ,himself, at the front desk of the Pollok office. The next day we received a letter from Santa addressed to my 8-year old sons. They would never do that in the massive city of Houston. Anyone that gives these nice people a bad review have never seen what a 1-star post office truly is!”

“Robert and small staff have been awesome in servicing my Texan Aunt... I perceive a keen commitment to service in this rural community... this is a fundamental, critical function for rural America!”
