“This location is open until 5pm which is good for me. My local one closes at 3:30pm. There was no long line and the employees were friendly and helpful. Also there is no kiosk here. That would be in Nacogdoches location, which I also use.”

“I love this post office! My family and I recently moved from Houston over the summer and the employees here have been nothing but friendly and welcoming! The employees at any Houston Post Offices are usually so rude and unpleasant. One of my son's wrote a Santa letter this Christmas and dropped it off ,himself, at the front desk of the Pollok office. The next day we received a letter from Santa addressed to my 8-year old sons. They would never do that in the massive city of Houston. Anyone that gives these nice people a bad review have never seen what a 1-star post office truly is!”
