Mike made the entire process to walk in and apply for a new passport as easy as possible. Service was quick. Mike was knowledgeable about the procedures. The whole process took less than 20 minutes arrive early if you’re walking in so that you don’t have to wait on others.

Staff here is great. But I sent a letter priority and it took 5 days for it to get to Shreveport. Not ok, in any way, shape, or form, ever.

This location is open until 5pm which is good for me. My local one closes at 3:30pm. There was no long line and the employees were friendly and helpful. Also there is no kiosk here. That would be in Nacogdoches location, which I also use.
