Staff here is great. But I sent a letter priority and it took 5 days for it to get to Shreveport. Not ok, in any way, shape, or form, ever.

This location is open until 5pm which is good for me. My local one closes at 3:30pm. There was no long line and the employees were friendly and helpful. Also there is no kiosk here. That would be in Nacogdoches location, which I also use.
