GROTESQUE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE
Once again, for the umpteenth time, filing a complaint against the mail carrier.
ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS: Package was shoved in the mailbox to a point, I had to cut part of the box to remove it. This in turn damaged another package inside the box. Later that week, they left packages in the ran next to our garage door because apparently walking 37' to our porch was far too inefficient.
Additionally, they run their internal services with the effectiveness of sloths from the movie Zootopia.
The most absurdly unprofessional and lazy group of government employees outside of DC.

Worst postal workers ever..most laziest ever...stuffing boxes into mail box...Throwing mail on ground..Why do they do that when I have a mail box on porch for large boxes..These people need to be fired

Worst shipping company in the country. Ordered a $200 product and upgraded to a 2-5 day express shipping on July 17th package shipped out on the 18th, it took 5 days to go from Opa Locka Florida to Shreveport Louisiana 18th-23rd. It left Shreveport headed to Lufkin TX (where I live) on the 24th and has STILL is “in transit” and today is the 26th. Absolutely disgraceful. Someone pays extra money to have an expedited service with a Guaranteed delivery date of 2-5 days from the day of acceptance but yet its been almost 2 weeks and no one will talk to you or even give you answers. Just puts you on hold for 20 minutes then gets the SAME info from you that you gave to the previous person and BOOM hold again and the process repeats its self over and over. If you cant handle packages then stop handling them and go back to postage mail envelopes ONLY.

Why isn’t the mail being delivered in a timely manner?!
I mailed 2 checks May 23, as of today they still have NOT been delivered to an address here in texas!!!
What is going on? I try to support the post office but you are costing me late fees!!! 😡

Multiple packages I’ve had to come and get from the office because there’s “no one available to accept the package” when I know that’s a 100% lie because my girlfriends a stay at home worker. They also NEVER close my mailbox correctly. Leading to my nails being soaked. I’m so very tired of this.

I filled out Hold Mail card in Post Office in person. Turned it in person at desk, and mail is still delivered! Put a Hold mail on-line at for this post office and it is still delivered. This location is the worst ran post office in Texas by far. I should not have to go through this every time I put a hold mail notice on my mail. Ridiculous! Turned it into to the male worker at front desk that has been there a long time and talks real loud to everyone and can be heard all over the post office.

Why does the post office at 1908 North Raguet keep sending back our packages? And why do my reviews about this issue keep getting deleted? Something shady is definitely going on at that location.
There used to be a guy named Robert working there—he was always friendly and helpful. But ever since he left, they hired a new woman who is anything but honest. I’ve spoken to her multiple times about my packages not being delivered, and she claims that USPS no longer accepts Amazon packages from UPS. But that’s a lie—my sister lives in another city, and their post office still accepts and delivers them just fine. So why is she making this up? Is she just too lazy to do her job?
And to make matters worse, her supervisor, Casey, refuses to help. Instead of addressing the issue, she’s just rude and refuses to file a complaint against her friend. So what’s really going on over there?

It's 9:30 on friday, dec 6. Multiple customers in the lobby waiting and there's no workers coming to the desk to help. We can hear them arguing deciding who should go help people. It took 10 minutes before anyone came out

This is by far the worst post office in all post offices in East Texas. You would have better luck getting Stevie wonder to drive a route truck and put the mail in the correct mailbox.

I completed a passport for my niece there a couple weeks ago. The service was topnotch as I did not know how busy this place could get. Everyone there was efficient at their job duties and worked as a team to keep the line moving quickly. Mike, Shelia, and Jolene I must say the postal service is a lifeline to many of us who write letters instead of emails, pay bills, and receive essential deliveries. I appreciate all of your hard work that goes unnoticed daily in such a stressful environment......KUDOS to you and all the staff that work in front and behind the scene.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Very unhelpful. I’ve lived at my address for three years but they are now deciding that my address magically doesn’t exist anymore. But that’s government funding for you.

Whoever is responsible for answering phone calls should be fired because they sure aren't doing their job. Looks like I'm not the only one complaining about this either.
