Do not show up at 1:25 because they will close the window right in your face and you can wait until they reopen from their lunch break that is allegedly from 1:30-2:00 pm. I like that they deliver but it's so hard to get your medicine on time would be nice if I could get it whenever it's time to to take again without run an hour. It makes me sick. Other than that I haven't had any problems with them one of the customer service representative ladies went above and beyond to help me.
