“Managers Felicia and Lanie are out of this world phenomenal. The property has had big improvements. Both these ladies have made this place better, and they’re getting a lot done. They’ve both been in the office for at least half a year now, and by the looks of it they’re here to stay for good. (Finally, stability).Maintenance- Brent and Mike (the only two I’ve ever met). Only good things to say about both of these men. Quick, professional, and kind. The last few service requests, I’ve gotten Mike. Outstanding guy!If you’ve lived here in the past, or you’ve heard negative things regarding these, rest assured these have taken a turn for the better. Issues are fixed in record breaking time. The office staff is beyond attentive. My complaint list is slim to none. I doubt you can name one single apartment complex without issues that arise here and there. What matters most is if/how/when it’s handled and or remedied, and they’ve seemed to have gotten that covered!”

“My hubby and I moved from Houston to Beaumont in August!! I chose Breakwater Bay Apartments upon moving in on a Saturday into our unit I noticed there was a link in my first bathroom and we weren’t able to use the toilet!! I contacted the front office on Monday and Madison got right on it!! She sent up Tim and Jody the maintenance staff to assist in getting that link fixed along with a few other minor things in our apartment!! Now we feel Right at Home here at Breakwater Bay Apartments!! Thanks again to the Front Desk Staff and Maintenance for taking excellent care of us!!
