“I was in town for a special occasion and had my lashes done at the MAC counter by an assistant from another area, she was wonderful but the lashes started lifting soon after. I had to return to the mall and NAYHEN TRADER not only reapplied the lashes but applied eyeshadow that set the stage for my entire look. Great service from a beautiful young lady!!! “Absolutely adore this store and their staff! Brandy is a phenomenal manager! She’s super sweet and helpful. I had help from her and two other ladies who’s names I forgot (platinum blonde and a brunette with blonde highlights)! Their store was SO clean, organized AND color-coordinated which made shopping an absolute WIN for me. My girlfriend and I found everything we were looking for, for our shopping extravaganza. “Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”

“I wanted to leave a positive review for this store. I went to write it and saw these negative reviews. They sound like scorned employees and customers that can’t understand policies. Either way I’ve been shopping this location since it opened. I get greeted every time I walk into the store and they are not pushy. This store is so clean compared to forever 21. They have a plus size section which I love because I am in Between sizes and sometimes need a 1x. I’m ranking this store 4 stars because it is not perfect. I’ve had a couple coupon issues but for the most part I’ve left happy.”

“Pretty organized for the most part. I'm sure it's hard to work the floor, watch customers, give customer service, and work the registers especially if you're short staffed. I know, I used to be a Rainbow manager. But the vibe was good, music was playing and staff was getting customers in and out as quickly as possible to get to the next customer.”
