“Have been banked for a short bit as I have been in this area for nearly four years and this is the only bank i can drop or get cash due to i work the same hours the rest of the world. Regarding the staff has always been very nice, help and QUICK! Sharon when opening was able to get me going over phone and email and final step of coming on my lunch to sign 3 to 5 forms and printing my debit card and i was done in 15minutes! What bank can do that literally?! Only downside i have found is they do not have Zelle nor p2p to have quicker money transfer, in which i do know their are other options just it would be more marketable to be able to add that to their app. They do have early pay day up to 2 days early! I do recommend them on a bases again they seem fairly traditional but I have been told my other people that use them they do have good rates for auto loans. Lastly, I once could not remember my pin so i was very stuck on what to do since they do not have after hours customer service to the best of my knowledge. That might be another thing I would recommend is having the option to change your pin in the app after doing a fingerprint or code check in the app because that does happen.”

“I have used this bank since 1993 when it was in a temporary building in Castroville - Community National Bank. They have always been wonderful, as both CNB and TXN. I have never had any issues with holds or deposits or withdrawals or bill payment pulling from my account. Savings account interest rate is terrible but I keep our savings in an online account with a good interest rate. I have no need to use another bank for checking and cash things.”

“Someone created an account under my name fraudulently but the team was smart enough to catch it and not allow the account to be opened. Customer service answers the phone immediately and fraud team was super helpful. Maybe I should bank there, lol! Recommend them.”
