“I had such a great experience at CubeSmart, and I especially want to recognize the lady who helped me. Miss Kat, she was incredibly polite, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s not often that you come across someone who is this friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciate the way she treated me. She made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. CubeSmart is lucky to have someone like her on their team! Thank you so much for all your help! ❤”

“I park my fifth wheel here. I am happy with the security and feel I am being charged a fair price for storage. I’m glad I moved my camper to this storage facility. It’s closer to home and I had no idea how bad the old facility was ripping me off on their fees until I started looking around. Very happy here.”

“With what became a confusingly expensive reservation and move-in, Ana quickly turned into a convenient, and considerate experience! She was able to track how the process began, and followed it straight through to the refund in my account. Ana has been such a blessing, in what would have otherwise been a nightmare. I appreciate her willingness to figure out the situation, as well as her ability to see it corrected. Customer Service, and Satisfaction - is an understatement! Thank you, Ana!”
