“They were very helpful and patient with me over the phone, as it was my very first time placing an appointment and I had a lot of (what seemed to me) stupid questions, but the front desk staff took their time and were so sweet when answering me!! I appreciate the 10% discount for new customers, I wasn't sure what to expect with the price, I have a 6 month old stray cat who I took in and wanted to get him neutered and have him vaxxed! Very clear beforehand and after procedure care instructions. They handled my cat Nemo with absolute love and care and even followed through with my request to preserve his testes as a momento. Amazing work and awesome people!”

“I have been searching for a vet that I finally feel comfortable bringing my 5 dogs to and, after some very upsetting circumstances with my last vet, I found Dr. Gaffrey at Stoneside. The facility is extremely clean, Ashley in reception very helpful and welcoming, and Dr. Gaffrey was great. He spent a lot of time getting to know my dog and explaining the procedures he recommended. He then sent me a detailed quote for each procedure. I did not feel like I was nickled and dimed and felt I was a valued client. Thank you Stoneside! I wanted to update my review with my most recent experience. I brought my dog in for annual vaccinations. Her last vaccines at the previous vet left her in a lot of pain for over 3 days. I discussed this with Dr. Gaffrey and the tech, Erin. They came up with an alternate way that was fewer vaccines at once, used a smaller needle, and had me give her benadryl. It worked great and my little girl did great with only a little soreness for a few hours. Erin and Dr. Gaffrey are the best!!”

“I have been taking my 17-year-old dog to Dr. Chenault for over 18 months. He has DM which will eventually lead to paralysis in his hind legs. Doctors told me in April 2025 that he would not be walking by October 2025. Its nearly October 2026 and he is still walking. Dr. Chenault and staff are very professional. I believe the acupuncture, laser treatments, etc. he receives have extended my dogs quality of life far beyond what was expected. I drive from Spring, Texas for his treatment which is a good distance from there facility, but it is well worth the drive. 5 STARS”

“I have been coming to this practice and seen Dr. Randall since before I was old enough to pay my own vet bills. Even through several moves, even though I live an hour and a half away now, I cant imagine seeing another vet. Knowledgeable and straight forward, but also compassionate. Highly recommend.”

I was calling around trying to locate a very specific medication for an unusual situation, and from the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Even though my request wasn't a typical one, she took the time to look into it, answer my questions, and made me feel like helping me was important to her. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Morgan is a wonderful example of it. She was professional, compassionate, and went above and beyond.
