“My initial Customer Experience and through-out the repair process, Caliber did a great job! However, my ONLY and gravest frustration was that when the vehicle was offered for acceptance I found obvious defects that was unsatisfactory! Then it happened 2nd and 3rd time where I kept finding new defects.
So, while they were very quick to repair and complete the rework, it was like NO ONE at Caliber does a final Quality Assurance inspection make sure ALL of the repairs are completed perfectly and there are no issues. I just could not believe this happened 3 times.
Caliber you must work on that end-of-repairs process. NO Customer should have to point out obvious defects in your work!”

“First come, first served. Don't bother calling, just go. My service was a simple alignment on a 2001 Chevy Suburban on a Saturday morning. They opened on time. In and out in just over an hour, $60. They are able to make repairs. They do center the steering wheel before taking measurements. I found the guy to be approachable and very honest. I didn't come in thinking you know more than him. If that's you? You should consider buying your own alignment rack or go someplace else. Cash is far better than plastic. He told me most cars are $50 front and rear. SUV without oversized tires $60. Bigger tires, bigger trucks would be more. I found my alignment shop.”
