He was by himself dealing with several different request from different people (which to me sounded complex) and he was so very polite, professional and really showed his expertise explaining everything to all these different customers. Even if there are issues, because he is so great nobody got upset, because he is very honest about what he can do for them (and doesn’t just lie to people to get them outta there like some businesses do)

Let’s be honest: walking into the post office can sometimes feel intimidating. Employees often act like you should automatically know the ins and outs of mailing everything, but the truth is, most of us have no idea what we're doing. Far too often, staff can get visibly frustrated with customers.
Sean was the absolute opposite. He was welcoming, kind, and completely stress-free. Exceptional customer service!”
“Incredibly understaffed and underfunded, but the people working here are doing what they can. Misty has always been the one to help me out. I think she’s incredibly patient as a lot of customers get riled up while waiting in line and they speak condescendingly to her as if it’s her fault she’s the only one working the counter. If you’re in a rush and take out your anger on employees who are not at fault for how understaffed they are, this place isn’t for you.”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only concern is how dirty the lobby where the post office boxes are at. Windows have cobwebs and dead bugs all over and the lights and floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Im really disappointed since everyone is so nice there.”
