“People leaving 1-star reviews are honestly haters. The hard-working people at this post office (which I frequent at least once a week) are courteous and incredibly competent. Most of y'all could not handle the volume, variety, and complexity of situations they deal with here on a daily basis. I've seen some customers be downright rude and nasty, and these professionals don't bat an eye: they're simply working hard to get all the mail where it needs to go, and assist everyone who comes in, no matter the issue. That includes the young woman who works in the back who helped me at the very end of a long day when I showed up with a package that mysteriously arrived to our house without all its contents. She went out of her way to be empathetic and supportive and provided me with helpful resources. Thank you to this incredible staff!!”
“Practically never a line and the staff are lovely! I've never had a bad experience here. The lady (clerk 8) is super funny and sweet and the guy (clerk 20) is efficient and kind! They're both very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I don't know either of their names but that's their respective clerk numbers on the receipts haha!”

The range of services available on site is comprehensive, covering domestic and international shipping, priority mail, and more, which saves you from having to go elsewhere. For a neighborhood post office, it does a good job of keeping things moving and taking care of the community it serves.”
“This place deserves more positive reviews! My mail people are so friendly and hard working. Always respectful, helpful, and kind. Recently had a package issue, so I submitted a request online. Was contacted the next day.. provided a bit more info and quickly got a wonderful call back saying my package was located! Very fast response, so grateful! Extra thanks to Jahid!!
BTW, it was the shippers error.. and I almost never have issues with the post, very thankful for the USPS!”
“The only thing I can complain is that you have to push the entrance door instead of pulling.
The black lady today is impressive. I have seen many usps officers but no one likes her. She’s so professional, patient, polite and efficient. She helps everyone in a timely manner but with full respect. I wish everyone in the world could work like her. I don’t know her name, but she wears a glass and dreadlocks”

“This review is specifically for Justin! We were waiting in line (4th and last in line) to get our child’s passport renewed when the passport agent on duty said he could only get to 3 parties and the rest of us just could “go home.” Justin, who had originally helped everyone in line with copies to be prepared for their visit, a task he definitely didn’t have to do, had a smile on his face the whole time. You can tell he just has a good attitude! After we were told to go home, Justin stepped in to help us out and got us in and out super quick (before the other agent was finished with the others). We were turned away a couple days prior so our stress levels were high going in. Justin definitely made that melt away. He’s a wonderful employee with a wonderful attitude!!”
“I found the employees to be friendly and professional. The line I was in moved fairly quickly.
There are two entrances and a good number of mail boxes. The location was also pretty clean.
These seems to be a solid neighborhood location.”

“I have a PO Box here, has been fine so far. They leave a note in the box if they received Packages that doesn’t fit , and you can go up to the desk to collect the package. Packages to be collected within 14 days (don’t quote me) or else they will return them to sender”
“Incredibly understaffed and underfunded, but the people working here are doing what they can. Misty has always been the one to help me out. I think she’s incredibly patient as a lot of customers get riled up while waiting in line and they speak condescendingly to her as if it’s her fault she’s the only one working the counter. If you’re in a rush and take out your anger on employees who are not at fault for how understaffed they are, this place isn’t for you.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff who made the whole experience amazing! My passport appointment was confusingly canceled at another USPS location, but the staff here kindly accepted me as a walk-in and handled everything efficiently. Thank you again!”
